warranty information

We are happy to be able to offer a ten-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects on the UV chamber, and three or five years (depending on model) for circuit boards, power supply's, and all electrical connections. The sensor (not on all models) comes with a one-year warranty. Original UV lamps and sleeves come with a one year warranty; replacement lamps and sleeves come with a three month warranty. 

3-year warranty coverage specific to the following Trojan products:

• TrojanUVMax B4, C4, D4, D4 plus, E4, E4 Plus, F4, F4 plus

5-year warranty coverage specific to the following Trojan products:

• TrojanUVMax A, B, C, D, D Plus, E, E Plus, F, F Plus
• TrojanUVMax Pro7, Pro10, Pro15, Pro20, Pro30
• Advantage Series
• UV 700 Series
